The Land of Excellent Wines
Hungary is the producer of best quality wines since the Roman times, tracing back to the first century AD. There are 20 historic wine producing areas in this relatively small country, such as the Sopron area in West Hungary, the volcanic-soiled Balaton region in the Trans-Danubia, the southern Villány-Soklós zone near the town of Pécs and the Gyöngyös-Visonta and Eger area in the Nord-east. Not to mention the most famous vineyards of Tokay, where the "wine of kings and king of wines" is made ( and drunk by popes and tsars ) for more than a thousand years. But there are hardly any parts of the country without a significant production of tasteful wines. What we offer is a tour to all these areas accompanied by an expert guide.
Only for guests have the opportunity to visit special wine cellars off the tourist routes and taste their delicious, fruity wines, which are not available for everyone, but for connoisseurs only....On request a wide range of gastronomic and cultural programmes can also be arranged in the selected areas, to make this special experience even more memorable.
The wine experience
Itinerary: Budapest - Szirák - Danube Bend - Hollókö - Eger - Szilvásvárad - Aggtelek - Miskolc - Tokaj - Budapest.
This tour brings us to the two excellent wine regions of Northern hungary, of which Tokaj is of International renown. While we take the guests to excellent cellars to taste wonderful wines we show them the beauties and charms of this country: the town of Eger of tempestuous past and peaceful present, the magnificent natural reserve area of the Szalajka Valley and the dripstone caves of Aggtelek as well as tiny little villages where tradition still survives, like Hollókö ( part of the World Heritage by the UNESCO, wonderful wooden church, museums, local folk dance show ). A worthy ending of this program is to add two days in Budapest before departure ( on request ).
Gypsy Caravan Program
Location: The Hungarian Puszta
One week rambling on the romantic Puszta with Gypsy caravans equipped with all necessary for rustic Gypsy life: isolation, foam rubber mattresses, folding table, wash-cabinet, wardrobe and kitchen propangas oven and fridge. Befor departure, you get instruction as to your horse, his feeding, grooming and track. You will be worked uot.

Doctors belong to a particularly invaluable circle of our society, in other words they are indispensable for us all. The high degree of knowledge, they possess and need for their work, is very often combined with a wide cultural interest. That is what considered in the first place arranging the following programme. We have the opinion, that the country, which had given 4 Nobel-prized doctor to the world and where Ignác Semmelweis, "the saver of the mothers", had made his invention, can meet the especially high level requirements of doctors with its variety of cultural and artistic offers. Clubs are close communities, which need special attention. Their particular interests and claims for high-level and quality programmes, often transcending those of the average tourists. Tey wish to meet the members of similar clubs, important porsonalities, arrange a party or an international meeting.The organiser of the groups is not an expert in the field of tourism. He may need some advice during the preparations and first of all a correct and discreet partner, who can arrange everything at the highest level possible.
The dedicated but honouring task forms the beauty of our challenge and we do our best to fulfil all your wishes, no matter if that is a welcome-party with hussars carrying a torch, a visit to the Houses of Parliament, a "Robinson-lunch" or a big celebration in one of the world´s largest wine-cellar-comlexes in Budafok.
After an underground concert and a glass of champagne the guest can walk out the cellar to the Danube, where a boat will already be waiting for them with dinner and salon music on board. The music sets the beautiful pictures of the enlighten Budapest in a romantic and festive frame.
